Electrical Problem Please Help!

There wasno fuse in the harness. Are there fuses under the dash that I don't know about?

The "Maxi-Fuses"...in the underhood fuse box..the really big suckers....look at those..orange,green,etc

They take the place of fusible links that older trucks had
