Engine timing -removed distributor

Hello Folks,

I removed my distributor from my 1985 v8, the old one was bad.

I know I did not get it back in the right spot.

So now I need to reinstall it in the right position.

So what is the best way to find DTC?

If I can get that I can do the rest.

I guess my real question is how is the best way to turn the engine?

Is there a bolt on the front of the balancer that I can turn it from there?

I was a "Hot Rodder" many years ago but don't remember now - too old!
