Exterior mirror loose

Exterior mirror loose

My 2001 Silverado's exterior mirror (passenger's side) is loose and jiggles. Is there a way to tighten and fix this?, or do I have do replace the entire mirror assembly?

there are aftermarket companies who make these mirrors pretty cheap
