Default fuel injectors

Has anyone upgraded their fuel injectors? If so, what was the difference. I think think bigger injectors would help, but too big may just waste fuel. What are the stock injectors rated at, or are they plenty big to adjust to the mods already done?

I am just looking for more power, without breaking the bank. The wife is trying to get me to upgrade her new car, but it already seems faster than my truck, have not raced yet though.

I think stock injectors are 53 or 46lb. I think Argon posted something about anything less than 53 psi and they won't feed the fuel. How much is a set of injectors? Is it cheap enough to do a trial?

that 53 is for older vortec 350's....newer stuff (gen 3) is a bit lower and not AS critical,as the injectors are electric and not poppet nozzles

somewhat uneducated about many of the preformance mods, but with the programmers and chips and such, I thought to increase your fuel delivery, the injectors time was increased. I had a power stroke that I bought a programmer for, and I think I read somewhere that was the case. again, an uneducated assumption.

Unless you are doing other mods, your stock injectors should be fine.

Forced induction seems to be the only instance I can find where injectors are neccesary.

Smoke, with my truck I had a leaning out problem with my engine at low rpms ( because of the intake, TBS, De-screened MAF, ect... I assume). The Predator has an injector slope adjustment which I used to fix the leaning out. Maybe Wheatley can adjust it for you in a similar way?
