No. Usually if any dealer even sees somebody has tuned the ECU they void your warranty if you have one and blame any and all problems on that. Atleast that's my experience working at the VW dealership.
We can only put in a program from the general...
say we install a new pcm..we put what gm downloads us for your vin....
or often,there are updates...to correct soimething like a low idle or a false code
the pain is how EVERYTHING must be programmed nowdays....a window switch...a radio...cluster...all must be programmed
