Can someone tell me, in simple terms, and I mean SIMPLE, how to place a photo for an avitar and how to put a photo in my posts?

 

Avatar Photo

(note that the photo needs to be SMALL – 145x145 pixels)
After you login, be at the main Truck Forum page and select “My Profile�
Scroll down to the “My Avatar� field and select “Upload my picture�
In the window that pops up, select “choose file� and browse to find the image on your computer

 

Here's the format:

[img]URL[/img]

Note: URL is the location of your photo on the internet.

 

How do I make my photo small enough(145 x 145) for an avatar?

 

You can either use image editing software (Photoshop, Corel Photopaint, etc), or -if you use windows- you can download a free utility, Image Resizer, from here:

Or, if you send me the image, I'd be happy to scale it down for you and send it back
