Purchased a set of running boards for my wife's truck and they have light on each end. Need to find out where I can hook up the wires for the lights to come on when you open the door?
These newer trucks don't have a switch in the door pillar, like older trucks.
Any suggestions? Thanks

 

I'm no ASE mechanic, but would think the relay that cuts on the dome light would be an idea...
