Default springs for 1999 4x4 1500 with plow

Hello,
I found a truck at a good price that has a plow on it. The plow sags the front end quite a bit and was wondering what the best way to raise the front of the vehicle would be. Are there some stiffer springs or strut assemblies that could be swapped in? Would doing a small lift kit in the front be the best way, or is there another option that I am not seeing here? Any help would really be appreciated. Oh, the truck is a '99 short box standard cab 4x4 1500 with a 5.3L. Thank you...

the sure fire way to get a quick lift out of the front is to crank on the torsion bars to level it out. also, it would not be a bad idea to replace the stock torsion keys with aftermarket keys. if you do not get the desired ride height, then a lift kit would be your next best option.

Thanks a lot big chevy. I didn't even think of that. I'll see how that works for me.
