Sqealing belt AGAIN!!

From what I understand you have replaced the serpentine belt 4 times over 2 years and within a short time after each belt change it begins to squeal.
Squealing is the act of slipping, It take two smooth surfaces to make a squeal.
My guess is it has to be a pulley that makes contact with the top side (Smooth) side of the new belt.
It probably only has a little bit of drag on the bearing. It takes time for this pulley to pallish up the back side of the belt to a smooth squealing surface
