Default still starting rough...

I thought replacing that fuel pressure regulator fixed my truck but I just had the same thing happen again today. Tried to crank it up and it started to for a half second then the starter just started spinning double time and the engine acted like it had no gas. Turned it off and let it sit for a few seconds. Tried it again and it turned on but was bogged for a good 2 or 3 seconds and then it was fine. Drives great since replacing the fuel regulator. The fuel pump isn't whining or anything. I don't have a clue what it could be unless maybe the fuel is leaking somewhere and the lines are filling up with air while it sits. Course I haven't seen or smelt any leaks and it'll only do this once in a while. I cranked it up atleast 2 more times today since then and had no problem. Suggestions gents?
