I think thats what he means, Argon mentioned it before. I believe it ( the difference it would make ). I wish I would have thought of that when I still had it, lol.

I dated a girl for a little while that had a lifted Ram, it was a dog tho, and I let her drive mine (91). She loved the go but didn't like driving it cause of the brakes. Boo!

yep...a thicker pad sure helps your brain think its better brakes

I had a 98 k2500 that did some weird stuff. The breaks were okay, but if you got that light that was ' do i go or do i stop ', and then decide to stop. well, when I hit the pedal, it started stopping good, then after about a second it felt like 4000 lbs was suddenly added to the weight of the truck and I just about had to stand on it sometimes. But under normal to moderate breaking it was fine. My 04 k1500 Z71 stops great!
