Swapped out my Pioneer readio with the Sony one I had in my old '89. It's just a better radio ... the XPloud thingy makes the radio sound WAY better with my stock speakers, plus I get a hardly used radio with a USB plug, AUX and a remote!
I also cleaned my headlight sand gee wiz golly they look like new again! I used the Blue Magic stuff from Autozone ... I did the buffing then sealed them with their sealer stuff. Unfortunately the sealer leaked and spilled a bunch on my hood while I was buffing and didn't notice ... hopefully there is no damage to the paint :|

Well we were pretty slow at the shop today so the boss let me pull my truck in and tinker for a short bit. I resealed my leaky aluminum rims, and put on new Napa/Monroe Sensa-Track shocks on the rear. The old ones were in really bad shape and were leaking ... but MAN this ting rides better! I also washed my truck cause I was worried about that headlight sealer being on the paint for too long ... didnt to any damage, but we'll see what happens after a while.

Put a new lock cylinder in the driver's door on Christmas Eve. Then the handle broke when I was putting the new cylinder in, so I got a new door handle too. So for the time being, I have a two different keys for each different lock :|

Painted the Sleigh for Christmas
When my sweetie asked me what I really wanted for Christmas, I said "Split the cost of painting my truck." Please note that she asked the question sitting in the new recliner I had just bought her

Washed my truck yesterday, put it in my garage before it froze solid. Then went to put my new weather front on my grill.
Turns out it was a little more of an ordeal then I expected.
If my truck ever started to run hot? I wouldn't be able to take it off on the side of the road. So I'm getting openning flaps installed with snaps

Yeah, Paint
There was a lot of dings in the nose and the left door took some work. The owner of the paint shop owed me a favor, so he gave me a good deal. Primer, base coat, four coats metalflake tint and four coats of clear.
