Default Throttle Cable

My pedal is sticking on my truck. The last time this happened to me (different truck) it broke. So I've been looking online for a replacement without much luck. I'm wondering if I'm calling it the right thing, throttle cable, is there another term I might try? Has anyone else had to replace one, if so where did you find it.

Also, is this something one could do at home or is there adjustment that only a shop can do. Thanks

its probably not the cable sticking...its the butterfly becoming gummy...liberally spray somethrottle cleaneron it and clean with a soft brush
