Default Tire Size with 2.5" Leveling kit 2004 Z71

I have a 2004 Chevrolet z71 extended cab. What size tires can I fit under it with a 2.5" leveling kit and stock rims. I'm kinda new to the full size truck scene. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I have a 94 S10 LS 4x4 with the extened cab and the sticker in the drivers door states the proper tire size is 235/75R15.The tires that are on it are 30/9.50/15s. The speedometer matches the GPS Garmin 400T at 60 mph.I have ordered 235/74R15 winter tires and rims so that I can get some snow traction.
