hey its been a while since ive been on here so ill ask a question. I have a 03 silverado with the 4.3 and a 5 spdand i want to have the motor swapped out and get a V8....question is what engine will be the best bang for the buck and keep the 5 spd?? also what engine will be best as far as ease of installation, mininal drivetrain mods etc???? i thought about the 4.8 sincethere's a supercharger package for it andisnt the trannies the same????? dont want to burn the clutch plates....thanks for any feedback
PS..... in the future i want to get a 6 in lift with some 35's....will i need to get new gearing??
