i'm getting ready to go test drive this sweet 2002 dodge dakota club cab small v8.
planning to take it to a mechanic and have him do a physical on it, but i was wondering what things i should have him focus on.
are there any typical problems associated with dakotas that i should make sure don't exist in this dakota i am interested in?
i plan to mod it a bit with perfornace parts to improve gas mileage, but i want to make sure i'm not looking at a bif headache in the near future.
any suggestions?

 

check the front suspension over WELL....other than that, i dont know of any big problems..my brother had an 02 QC and i dont recall him having any problems..
