Hello everybody,
My cousin has 2005 Dodge Ram and it keeps throwing 2 codes. I do not recall the codenumbers at this time, but they areExhaust gas recirculation and Air flow restriction is what they are saying when they are looked up. Any ideas what could be causing it? He has already removed the egr valve and cleaned it really good as suggested. A day later the codes poped up again. Any ideas to solve the problem before we buy a new valve? Looking at all options before he deploys to Iraq in 2 weeks for his 3rd time with the US Army out of Fort Hood. Any help is appreciated.
