Default New to 4x4's

I recently bought a 1991 Ford F150 4x4, and all is fine exept one thing. It still has the stock size 235/75/15's. I have one question, what size wheels do I need for 33/1050/15's and 33/1250/15's? I am new to the whole 4x4 thing, and have no clue, someone please help!
