water leak

water leak
i have a 1994 f350 diesel. have a water leak either at the oil filter or behind the oil filter. i see that there is a housing that holds the oil filter but cannot find the seperation of the housing so that i can look behind it. took out 4 bolts but will still not give. help me please.
