hey guys, bud got a 2002 ranger 4.0L there a couple question

it takes more then 5sec to start, and he primes it first
once it starts it really shaky and when its warm it stutters not horrible tho, it has a clean K&N cold air intake, brand new spark plugs gapped to spec, and oil change. it has no vacuum leak cause that already happen and ford fix it.
the truck drives good and has lots of power so its idle and starting.

also the ABS is weird the lights not on but it acts funny sometime the brakes are hard, sometimes soft, and sometimes the ABS will pump just before a complete stop.

last question, he put royal purple in his transmission and then it was acting weird like taking along time to shift or hanging up, we put back in the prober fluid and now its still doing it, theres only 130,000km on it

 

sounds like a cracked head leakin on the exhaust side.
