Replaced my ac compressor a few days ago. All went well.

Problem is the compressor only runs for a minute or less then cycles on and off. Whats up with that?? I double checked the freon level and it is good. The outside temp is a little cool right now but not so much to cause the compressor to turn on and off that much.

Problem number two. When the compressor kicks on it really affects the idle speed. Much more than it should. Was wondering what could be causing this? Idle control??

Any thoughts...checks....replacement parts that anyone can think of??
