I have a 305 that has a knocking sound and I think it is going to crap out at any time. I know someone that has a 1987 engine with 75000 miles on it. I was told that I cann't swap these two, because the computer systemsare different. I was told the 96 has sensers on the crank and other places that the 87 does not.Is there some way to swap these???
