Thats why its a theft issue...the pump runs,but the injectors are disabled because the pcm assumes the truck is being stolen.

Thanks to all for the assistance. We were able to get back to working on the truck today. We are still not sure of what we did different to day but the truck started and runs fine. All the changes we had compleated were still left untouched when it started. Thanks again.
