Default Ignition troubles brewing???

Hi Guys.
97 GMC Sierra K1500 5.7L.
This mornig on my way to work I noticed that my truck wass missing a bit at low end. It was damp and raining, so I'm sure it's ignition.
This is the first I've noticed, and it was only on acceleration at low end.
What should I look at first? I was thinking plugs and wires, then look at the distributer cap and rotor. Which of these do you look at first?
I have only had this truck since fall, so I have no idea if any of the ignition parts have already been changed recently.

USUALLY its a corroded cap...then wires.

Be SURE to buy good parts./..A/C Delco cost more for a reason. There are some really ****ty ignition parts out there

Thank-you for the advice. I will check the cap first. I also completely agree on using AC Delco parts, especially for ignition. It currently has Bosch plugs in it, so I will be replacing them with AC Delco Platinums at the same time.
