bought used 09 hd with dc chrome rims. got 1 thats alittle out of round, and wont balance worth a crap. im really looking for 18" stock rims but cant find any. so who makes a good strong quality aftermarket rim, not to expensive, but dont want issues with being out of round. also talked to dealer about - 28 offset , there isint any rims with this offset.
