Was wondering, what is the best way to get good MPG on trucks? I have a 92' GMC C1500 and don't wonna pour fuel injector cleaner into the tank due to the risk of gunk coming loose and clogging the line and injectors.

Suggestions?

 

The best choice is to trade in your truck for another car, if you don't really need a truck. The second best choice is to change driving behavior: accelerate and brake gently, follow other trucks / SUVs on the highway, carry no extra load, and avoid stop & go city traffic, etc.
