thank you glenn and danny. Here are some pic of the truck i will take some more pic when i get home tonight. I ended up picking up this truck from a friend on mine for a $ 1000. Currently it has a 1977 corvette engine completely rebuilt. I was thinking about doing a 8 inch lift and 37'' tire and suggestion or comments are welcome or you guys think i should go with a smaller lift ?? since i will be driving this around town work and back.My first 4x4 truck and new to the forum-430585_4984842104342_1186818606_n.jpg

To be honest... I like your truck better then your inspiration truck
DAMN !!! You lucked out finding that for a grand $$
I like the hood on the red and black one though.

Drive your new truck for a while B4 you lift it. I wouldn't lift it 8"
Wheel base is pretty short. = ruff ride
I wouldn't go high then 6" with 37s (just my thoughts)

Again Congrats on your sweet new ride. I'm jealous. I love 2nd generation Chev truck. I like the 1st gen too.

I actually wouldn't go higher then a 4" on that.

But that is a SWEET deal. Good find.
