Default 92 sierra problems

Hi all,I have been a long time watcher of this forum and have found many a time it has come in very useful!! ButI have been having a problem lately whichI cannot seem to figure out.I have a 92 extended cab sierra 4x4 with the 350and 320,000 kms on the clock. Original motor and transmission with no major troubles in the whole time. have had the truck since new and has been well taken care of, but just recentlyI have been noticing sometimes whenI accelerate that it seems as ifI loose all power to the rear wheels? and this is accompanied by an ungodly grinding noise. IfI let off the gas things return to normal, Im really at a loss here as to what it may be so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Matt

IT COULD BE YOUR TRANNY. ALSO TRY TO LOOK AT THE CAT AND REPLACE THAT. THEY CLOG UP AND SLOW YOUR TRUCK DOWN BY KEEPING BACKPRESSURE.
