Default Front brakes on 1999 Silverado 1500 4x4

I need to install new front rotors and brakes on my 1999 Silverado 1500 4x4. It has the "knock off" rotors, so it should be pretty easy but I've not done this in a long time. The new rotors have a film of oil on them. I don't have any parts cleaning solvent. What should I use to clean the oil off the rotors? Also, what is the torque for the caliper bolts? Thanks.

I just used mineral spirits to clean off mine when I did them. As far as the caliper bolts, just tighten them as tight as you can with an allen wrench and not using excessive force

Yeah anything that will rid the oil completely.
