So, I'm finally replacing my front bumper after encountering the bad end of a concrete stop sign post. I removed the air dam, but it appears that a couple bolts are above the black plastic cover on top of the bumper. It appears to be put in with a set of spreader clips (you squeeze them together and push them through), but I can't seem to compress them enough to push the plastic back out. Any suggestions?
