Is there a way to relay the signal back from the cat sensor so the check engine light won't come on?

HUH?..your saying the cat is gone, and you have a ses light?..

Yes,there are aftermarket things to plug into the harness and fool the ecm.

Hope they don't do emission testing in your area.

My cat is not gone yet. I just want to take it off. I don't want the check engine light to come on. Some of my friends did it to their trucks and the check engine light came on. Where can i get something that would do the job?

From what I have found, removing the cats will decrease mlage significntly, for only 1 or so HP gain. The new cats are very efficient, so leave them in, unless you are just using the truck for racing.

You can also get a custom program done to get rid of the ses light. The reason the mileage goes to **** is b/c the ses light is on. If you get it programmed out, you'll be AOK.
