Okay, but that is not what I was refering too. What I was trying to say is in order to tie into the original tranny cooler and then adding an external cooler after the tranny fluid comes out of the radiator cooler is there an adaptor kit? So basically the fluid will run its original route: from tranny, to the radiator,exit the radiator, then into the external cooler then back to the tranny... All so someone does not want to cut the original lines and splice into them...

 

Yeah thats what I mean too. Take the original dealer tranny cooler off and replace it with a bigger aftermarket cooler. As far as adding one to a truck that doesn't have a dealer cooler, you would have to get a couple connections, if the ones from the aftermarket cooler kit dont fit, in order to avoid cutting hard lines. Which would be better for a truck under warranty. I own mine so I just cut my lines and bypassed it going into the radiator. With both coolers and bypassed radiator, its about 80 degrees or less goin back into the transmission.

 

Yes but you WILL keep your tranny cooler if you bypass the radiator!!!!!!
