Hmm... I wonder why it only lists kits for the 4.3 and 6.0liter. I have the 4.8liter. I assume the pullies are the same but I'd have to call and find out. Don't know if I wanna pay $400 either! It seems like I've heard of kits being around $250-$300. Thanks for looking this up SouthBayZ71! I'm gonna do some more research into this.

I'm sure that you can find other mfg's ....Jet isn't always the cheapest.

summit has a set for 250$. I just looked for my 04 but that one works back to 99.

I am also insterested in the pully's, if anyone can find them for an 05'. I have a bearing going out somewhere, so might as well change them to performance.

Dude shorty headers are sweet though depending on the price I would go for them or just get them off summit. Damn your truck gonna have some power to go dumb to in the bay hahahahahahaha. na na na I know you aint hyphie and Mac Dre'd. XD

even if they did start to cause problems with especially electric charge, couldn't you swap in a higher output alternator? would that fix any problems or would it counteract the underdrive pulley?
