I remember my dad having a C10. I could never figure it out, I figured some Pollock (I can say that cause I am) just couldn't do the math. Lol. Well I guess they try to get you with the illusion your getting more for your money. If you ask me it wasn't til recently (last ten years) that the load capacities increased enough to make the 1500 thing work.

Gm is bragging because they sold more 2007 silverado's than ANY OTHER MAKE OR MODEL,PERIOD.

Ha ha ha! Thats right. I never looked at it that way. I DO like the new Silverados, but I think some people forget light duty is light duty and heavy duty is heavy duty. People drive me nuts when they bitch about not pulling or hauling enough weight with their 1500s. Um......buy a bigger one!
