Default 2008 Low Mileage truck, too good to be true?

Been looking at an '08 GMC Canyon, has 30k miles. I haven't actually seen the truck yet, questioning whether or not the 100 mile trip is worth it. Anyway, Carfax, Carmax etc. give it a clean bill of health. Truck has had 3 owners, first one owned it for 5 years ... put 20 miles on it, red flag city. Truck was then sold, 2nd owner put 15k, then 3rd owner put 15k.
What could be the reason for virtually zero mileage from the first owner? Pics of truck look good, which isn't saying much as there's nothing like actually seeing it in person. Service history up to date, no accidents etc. Cars been on lot for a few months, thought it would have sold by now.

Thanks,
Kurt
